About Juicy

Shirlene King Pearson is “Sweet N Low” and packing plenty of power.
Born in Corsicana, Texas and barely standing 4feet tall, Shirlene is definitely not classified as the girl next door. With a wide range of ability, she is an exceptional commodity in the entertainment industry.

Shirlene attended Corsicana High School, Navarro Jr. College, and graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology where she received her BA in Computer Information Systems. She also studied Voice, Choir, Theatre Arts, Photography, Business, and Office Administration while in college.

The Challenges of the world were not an obstacle, but more of an opportunity to achieve the goals she had set for herself. This was proem to make her an unstoppable force to be reckoned with.

You can truly say that Shirlene is a little lady with many talents. At age 10, this self motivator began making appearances doing public speaking, singing, and acting. She started her acting career with playwright, producer, Mr. Shelley Garrett; where she showed off her acting skills in his stage plays: “You Gonna Make Me Love Somebody else” and “Doing The Right Thing With The Wrong Man”. She also starred as the Mayor in Fred Hammond’s movie “Christmas Who Needs It”. Her talent shined so much it landed her a leading role in the world renowned stage production: “Beauty Shop”.

From the theatre to the radio she is currently apart of a National Syndicated Radio Experience: The Rickey Smiley Morning Show as Ms. Juicy. Since moving to Atlanta Ga. with the show she has also worked on the set of Meet The Browns the sitcom, Tyler Perry movie “Madea Big Happy Family”. Playwright T.Y. Martin recognized her talent and skills and offered her a part in his production Lord Why Me. Not only did she show up and show out; He challenged her to take on dual roles.

Currently Ms Juicy is working on Season 2 of The Rickey Smiley Show the sitcom.
When she is not showcasing her talent on the TV screen; or doing public speaking; Shirlene is in the community.

Every year she has a Back 2 School Event for Children Ages 3-18. “Shortys Run The Runway” This event is designed to encourage, motivate, build up self-esteem, get the children geared up and excited about the up-coming school year.
This all-encompassing event will entertain guests with LIVE kid friendly performances by some of todays, hottest artists; as well as a preview of the latest kid’s trends;
We’ll be offering 2,000 back to school supply give-a-way, and clothing drive.
