Tom Petty, lead singer of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers dies at 66. According to TMZ the singer was found unconscious in his home and rushed to UCLA Santa Monica Hospital where he was in full cardiac arrest. Sources say his family was by his side when he passed.

Petty is known for hits such as “Don’t Do Me Like That,” “Free Fallin” and more. He just finished his 40th anniversary tour with his band. Petty said, “We’re all on the backside of our sixties. I have a granddaughter now I’d like to see as much as I can. I don’t want to spend my life on the road. This tour will take me away for four months. With a little kid, that’s a lot of time.” We will continue to keep his family and friends in our prayer.
