Cam Newton Suspended? [REPORT]
Reporter Claims Heisman Trophy Hopeful To Be Suspended
Dallas (ESPN)– ESPN Dallas’ Ian Fitzimmons is reporting that within 3-4 hours the NCAA is going to suspend Cam Newton. Newton is the quarterback for the Auburn Tigers who are currently number two behind Oregon in the BCS rankings and is the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy.
Last week there was a report that an agent had told Mississippi State that Newton would sign a letter of consent for a large payment.
