A woman tried to steal 86-year-old Bernice Starnes’ purse in the Bronx. She snatched the purse from Bernice’s wheelchair, and later tossed it into the garbage. It only took police 48 hours to catch the assailant after the video of the incident was caught on surveillance tape.
