Sherri Shepherd returned to “The View” just long enough to make what is probably her worst joke of the year.
Sherri tried her best to fight against claiming any parental responsibility for her surrogate child with Lamar Sally. She didn’t want the child because she believed that it was just her estranged husband’s ploy to ensure a payout in their divorce.
After losing her maternity battle with Lamar Sally it seems she still hasn’t had a chang of heart. How do we know? She offered to give Raven Symoné one of her babies.
After the young actress expressed her want to have kids, Sherri said, “Girl, I got one or two you could have of mine. I’ll give them to you!”
Hmmmm…considering her latest legal drama she probably would have been better off keeping that crack to herself.
Realizing how that joke might look, Sherri tried to clean up her comment.
“Women with kids are like, ‘Take mine,’” she explained.
