A South Carolina Sports Bar has filed a lawsuit against rapper DMX. According to TMZ the Google resistant rapper was a no show for an appearance despite being paid in advance.
Owls Nest Sports Lounge filed the suit in South Carolina court, claiming it hired DMX to do a meet and greet on August 25, 2012 for the bargain price of $3,000 … but X left the club high and dry.

Owls Nest wants X to return the green and pay various expenses to boot … including $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.
Not to be mean, but if they were only spending $50 on a bartender for an appearance by DMX, they really didn’t know what they were getting into and it’s probably better that he didn’t show up. It’d have been chaos!
