A judge in Bergen County decided the conditions of Santana’s, born LaRon James, probation would be that he isn’t permitted to contact his former Englewood, New Jersey neighbor but is allowed to keep his license due to work reasons. it’s been reported Juelz scared his former neighbor by making “death threats” which caused them to find another home. The neighbor also claims that the move caused by Juelz Santana’s threats created financial issues between he and his wife.
Santana was first charged with assaulting his girlfriend, the neighbor, and violating a restraining order. However, when Santana entered his guilty plea, it was only for the threatening the neighbor. While the prosecution wanted Juelz to be thrown in jail, the judge deemed that too harsh a punishment for the hip-hop star.
Now that Santana has received his sentence over threatening his neighbor, he can fully focus on the case he caught in January of 2011 where a SWAT team raided his Santana’s World studio and found two loaded 9 millimeter handguns, ammunition, and about 17 bags of marijuana. That raid had been ten months in the making due to an investigation of gang activity at the Bergenfield, New Jersey studio.
