The nation is still in shock from the tragic massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. Singer-songwriter R. Kelly is trying to help heal those affected through his music. R&B’s Pied Piper released the tribute song “I Know You’re Hurting” to Newtown’s slain children.

The gospel song features an all-children’s choir singing poignant lyrics like “I know you’re hurting/ I hear you crying, but come tomorrow, there’s a place you can go/ Find the blue skies/ Hear the choir sing/ Feel the power of a miracle.” while it is Kellz’s song, he never actually sings a whole verse.
