Just days after burying his stepson Kile Glover, Usher is moving forward with his custody battle against Tameka Raymond. Sources are calling out Usher for being insensitive and told Straight From the A that even though Usher showed up for Kile’s funeral he didn’t speak to anyone or offer condolences to the family:

We feel like the only reason he came at all is because the media kept portraying Kile as “Usher’s stepson.”
He wasn’t supportive to the family at all and we feel he used the situation to draw sympathy from his fans.
The sad thing about this entire situation is that Tameka swallowed her pride and actually reached out to Usher while Kile was hospitalized.
She could never get him on the phone so she left a message begging him to help her with some of the expenses her insurance wouldn’t cover.
He never returned her calls and when Kile passed away Tameka reached out to him again and he still hasn’t responded to this day.
DAMN! I can’t see Usher being that insensitive and cruel! I hope this is just a bad rumor!
The website states that in addition to not responding to Tameka’s requests to help save his stepson’s life, Usher is still going full steam ahead in his attempts to gain full custody of their two kids.
The case is scheduled to resume on Aug. 13th, but we all know you have no control when it comes to the courts.
