Randy Moss Wins $200,000 In Barber Shop Lawsuit
Looks like NFL star Randy Moss is coming into some straight cash, homie. Moss was just awarded a hefty sum of money stemming from a lawsuit he filed against a former business associate for a business deal gone wrong back in 2005.
Randy Moss claimed he lent hair entrepreneur Kelvin Jones $160 grand so Jones could open a luxury hair salon in Palm Beach, Florida. As per the agreement reached between Moss and Jones, Jones was supposed to pay back the money in 96 monthly installments. Problem is Kelvin Jones never returned a red cent to the Pro-Bowler. Randy Moss maintains he tried to collect his money and Kelvin Jones began ducking and dodging his calls. moss felt he had no choice but to sue.

Considering Kelvin Jones blew off the lawsuit and court appearance, a judge awarded Moss the entire $160k he is rightfully owed. Kelvin Jones must also fork over an additional $62k for interest, fees, and penalties. Though Moss won the lawsuit, we’ll have to see how long it takes for Jones to cough up his money.
