Omar Epps Teams With YMCMB For New Film, “Between Us”
Actor Omar Epps will be joining forces with Tracey Edmonds and the Williams brothers of YMCMB to produce a new romantic comedy, Between Us. Epps, of Love And Basketball and “House” fame wrote the script under his production banner BrooklynWorks Films and will star in the film.
Epps told Deadline that the story is about two best friends “looking for love in the wrong places with a contemporary twist.” Epps also said that Bryan “Baby” Williams and Ronald “Slim” Williams of YMCMB were looking for a way to expand their brand and that they “loved the concept.”
