Anthony Mackie Opens New Bar In Brooklyn
Anthony Mackie can now add entrepeneur to his resume. The actor recently opened NoBar in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. In an interview with DIY Life, The Adjustment Bureau star talks about his carpentry skills passed down from his dad–as a young boy, Mackie’s father would take him to work during summer vacation. Mackie built the bar, the tables, and the floors for his new establishment. Since Mackie doesn’t go back to work on his next film project til September, he says you can find him most nights tending bar.
Congrats to Anthony Mackie on his new business venture. It’s always refreshing to see an actor who hasn’t let celebrity go to his head.
