IN the latest celeb sex tape imbroglio, chanteuse Jennifer Lopez is trying to prevent her former husband from selling to internet porn sites intimate home video footage taken on the couple’s honeymoon.
Two years ago J.Lo won a permanent injunction that prohibited the footage from her two-month marriage in 1998 being released as part of a planned TV project of her first husband, former Miami waiter Ojani Noa.
However last month a judge ruled that the injunction did not interfere with Noa or his business partner’s livelihoods, so now he is seeking to appeal the most recent decision on the footage.
His manager, Ed Meyer, claims to have received offers “in the millions” from officials at top porn sites – if he can free up the film. J.Lo is back in court fighting to keep her privates private but legal associates of her former husband insist the video was not technically a “sex tape” even though it reportedly features scenes of nudity.
