(CBS/WFOR) PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – A man previously accused of stalking tennis star Serena Williams was arrested after he tried to walk into Williams’ subdivision Monday night, said Palm Beach Gardens police.

They arrested arrested 40-year-old Patenema Ouedraogo, reported CBS affiliate WFOR.

Security guards stopped Ouedraogo and asked him for his driver’s license. They matched the name to that of Williams’ alleged stalker, the station said.

Williams’ attorney, Malcolm Cunningham, has filed an injunction against Ouedraogo after he had previously tried to contact Williams on three different occasions.

Cunningham said Ouedraogo previously pretended to be Williams’ assistant while she was making an appearance on the Home Shopping Network in Tampa, WFOR reported.

Ouedraogo was given access to her dressing room, but on that occasion Williams had him escorted from the building.
