LINDSAY Lohan was back behind bars again last night for 120 days after stealing a £1,500 necklace from a Los Angeles jewellers.
In a shock decision the judge refused to throw out the theft charge against the Mean Girls star.
Judge Sautner said: “I see intent here. I see a level of brazenness with ‘Let me see what I can get away with’.”
The star showed no emotion as she was led away by court bailiffs. But LiLo’s lawyers said she would appeal and she was expected to be released on £45,000 bail.
The star, 24, who had pleaded not guilty was also ordered to serve more than 400 hours’ community service, including 300 hours at a women’s center.
It would be Lohan’s fourth stint behind bars due to her troubled past.
