Janet Jackson and boyfriend Wissam Al Mana were spotted on a dinner date at Matsuhisa last night in Beverly Hills. We’re not sure, but it seems as though there’s some tension going on between these two. Janet kicks off her North American tour on March 7 with three nights in Chicago. She’ll then head to Toronto, Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C., and the West coast.
