Dwayne McDuffie Black Comic Book Pioneeer Dies
DETROIT- Black comic book pioneer, Dwayne McDuffie has passed away according to reports. McDuffie founded Milestone Comics and helped create the character “Static Shock” who had his own TV series for a few years.

McDuffie also wrote for the TV series, “Justice League” as well as the straight to DVD DC Comics animated movies, “All Star Superman” and “Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths”
