Lizzo has time this Halloween season! She kicked off the spooky holiday by transforming herself into a fashion-forward, Ozempic-inspired box, turning her haters into motivators.
Donning a mock “weight-loss“ drug-inspired look she calls “LizzOzempic,“ Lizzo addresses ongoing commentary about her weight, appearance, and overall look with humor and style. Fans can’t get enough of her daring costume.
Neither can we.

Lizzo Leans Into Weight Loss Rumors With A Controversial Halloween Costume
On October 26, Lizzo took to social media with a series of posts featuring her controversial costume. The posts included detailed carousel photos of her fit and a mock ad for “LizzOzempic.”
The “About Damn Time” singer’s look was as over-the-top and fashion-forward as it was funny. Her fit included a designed box, which she wore as a dress, with FDA logos and drug warnings, large red sequins, and a yellow measuring tape belt.
According to one of her post’s advertisements, her version of the drug helps people “find self-love,” “lose the guilt,” and “gain confidence.“ Her side effects are “a smile on your face and a pep in your step.“

Lizzo Has A Message For Her Haters – And We Don’t Blame Her
In other posts, she’s seen eating pizza and twerking with an inflatable Eric Cartman from South Park while audio from the show plays in the background. Lizzo’s costume nods to a previous South Park episode that seemingly took a jab at her focus on body positivity by suggesting “Lizzo” as “a cheaper alternative to weight-loss drugs.”
Her Halloween look continues themes she addressed on TikTok earlier this May. Lizzo called the South Park reference one of her “worst fears.”
Her fit also follows recent speculation about her weight-loss choices. But, amid sharing her gym routines, nutrition regimens, and motivational messages, Lizzo remains unbothered.
