Trump stopped at the McDonald’s in Feasterville, Bucks County, on Sunday, where he decided to clock in and work the drive-thru. The restaurant was closed to the public for the morning while Trump was working the drive through. Trump worked at the establishment to not only try to bring everyone together, but as a mini competition between himself and Vice President Kamala Harris. His shift time was for around 30 minutes total.
McDonald’s as a company made sure that everyone understood that although they had former president Donald Trump doing endorsements for the election, they are not directly supporting him in his race as president.
The Chicago-based burger giant said franchises have also invited Vice President Kamala Harris and Tim Walz to their restaurants for a similar experience.
