According to Love B. Scott, Michael Bowie of the New York Giants is now facing domestic violence charges for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend during an argument.
Bowie currently has a warrant out for his arrest for one count of domestic assault and battery as well as two counts of malicious injury to property.
A report states that Bowie’s girlfriend began talking about his mother and that’s when things got physical.
The Giants released a statement saying, “We were made aware of the Michael Bowie situation Saturday afternoon. We immediately notified NFL security. Michael will not make the trip for our game in Cleveland as we gather more information on this issue.”
