The actor did just that while heading into The Daily Show on Wednesday, after being asked how he thinks Donald Trump is doing as President and if he’s doing anything helpful about race relations in this country. As the civil rights activist signed autographs and posed for pics with fans, he replied, “He’s not. He’s a pig. He’s just trying to make sure that he galvanizes a bunch of fear as possible, particularly against Black and brown immigrants and Muslims.”
The Grey’s Anatomy star added, “I don’t think he’s gonna help anybody out. There were more killings at the hands of police this February than January and February of last year. 211 murders at the hand of the police, this year so far.”
