Most celebs keep quiet when it comes to other celebrities feuding, but not Cookie Lyon, er, Taraji P. Henson. Over the weekend, Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma kicked off the feud of the century, but social media had the strongest reaction to Remy’s epic diss.

The Oscar nominated actress got into a beef of her own on Instagram, when some of the Barbz felt like she was throwing shade at Minaj. Taraji allegedly commented under one of Remy’s post about the epic diss, simply writing, “AKA Karma.” A fan then tweeted her, “Yes Taraji, we all know you aren’t a Nicki fan. Pls keep it cute,” and of course Ms. Henson had to clap back.
She took a moment out of her pre-Oscar prep clap-back at the Twitter users and anyone who is defending Nicki’s L. The Hidden Figures star replied, “Your b**t is hurt for your friend huh? You have too much time on #RealHipHop BOOBOO now take the L card and carry on. I am prepping for the Oscars making major movies [and] you are in your mama’s basement creating fake pages. Your life is sooooo GREAT!”
News of the emcee beef was even spread to the Academy Awards red carpet. When she finally hit the red carpet of the big show, Taraji was asked whether she’s Team Remy or Team Nicki?
Although she didn’t verbally answer the question, we pretty much know whose side she’s not on. Ironically enough, Taraji perfectly portrayed Nicki Minaj on an episode of SNL back in 2015.
