A former football player and wife were shot and killed by their 16-year-old son. Rickey Smiley was struck by the tragedy and wanted to say a few words to parents out their who are working hard to provide for their children.
While this heartbreaking occurrence should seem like something that doesn’t happen often, Rickey has seen the makings of such unstable children.
