Meek Mill’s fate for his recent probation violation has been determined by a Philadelphia judge today. Meek will not be facing any jail time, BUT he will be serving up to 12 months of house arrest.

Meek will also not be allowed to do any work related activities (rapping) which means don’t expect anymore EP’s, mixtapes and tracks dissing Drake for a while.

So does that mean we won’t be getting Dreamchasers 4?

It looks that way sadly 🙁.

Meek will only be allowed to do charitable work for his community, after 90 days the judge will reevaluate and will determine how much longer Meek will have to remain under house arrest.

Meek got into a world of trouble after he took a trip to the AMA’s with his boo Nicki Minaj without getting written permission from his probation officer. On top of that, Meek also failed a pee test.

Meek’s probation is a direct result of his 2009 arrest for a weapon and gun conviction. A judge ruled in back in December that Meek was in violation even though Nicki Minaj vouched for her man.

According to TMZ Nicki was in court on Friday with Meek and was even in the judge’s chambers with Meek and the judge to discuss what kind of charity work he will be doing.

Meek has to turn himself in by March 1st, and slap on that ankle monitoring bracelet to compliment the nice Audemar watches he wears.

Looks like there will be plenty of house parties in Meek’s future for now. We just hope that Meek finally understands the importance of his situation and doesn’t take it lightly no more. Handle this situation so music can be his main focus again!
