Meek Mill Missing Out On Acting Opportunity Due To Legal Issues
Meek Mill’s Legal Issues Will Prevent Him From Appearing In Upcoming Will Smith Movie
Meek Mill has taken quite a few L’s this year – still, his problems seem to only be getting worse.
After leaving the state of Pennsylvania without getting court approval, it has been ruled that Meek is in technical violation of his probation. The ruling has Meek losing out on a lot of cash – the judge assigned to the case has reportedly prohibited the Philly rapper from performing, even if it’s a performance in his hometown.
According to the latest reports, Meek is losing tens of thousands of dollars due to not being able to attend many of his scheduled appearances on the West Coast, including a New Year’s Eve Las Vegas show with girlfriend Nicki Minaj that would’ve earned him $140,000.
Not only is Meek missing out on performing, he’s also missing out on silver screen opportunities. Mill was booked to star in an upcoming film produced by Will Smith, but won’t be able to participate due to the court-ordered ban against him working or performing before his February 5th sentencing, Page Six reports.
Meek needs a fresh start. Stay tuned for 2016.
