Kevin Hart is not only serious about his own health, but he’s trying to get everyone around the country moving too. He recently brought his pop-up 5K run to Dallas where he helped one man who was struggling cross the finish line.
Kevin shared a powerful Instagram post that shows him running with an overweight man who was just a quarter mile away from finishing the race.
“This is why I do it….Simply for moments like this!!!” Kevin wrote. “I saw him a quarter mile out from the finish line and I was so inspired by how hard he was working….I jumped down and ran out to him and finished his 5K with him!!!! Good job man….u are well on ur way to greatness!!!!”
Kevin Hart’s 5K race is one of many the comedian organized throughout the country this summer including Boston, Atlanta, Georgia and Brooklyn.
