CNN is reporting a first-degree murder guilty verdict in the so-called “loud music” trial of Michael Dunn, who was charged with killing Florida teen Jordan Davis in 2012. The jury took less that 6 hours to come back with a decision. Watch the moment of truth in the video below.
This was the second trial in the case; back in February of this year a mistrial was declared on charge of murdering Jordan Davis. Dunn had been found guilty in that trial of 3 counts of attempted second degree murder and one count of hurling a deadly missile.
