Next month it’s all about the sisterhood of sexy, single moms! On March 14, actor, writer and director, Tyler Perry, is bringing his latest project, “The Single Mom’s Club”, to the big screen, just in time for Mother’s Day! The upcoming film stars the gorgeous Nia Long alongside Terry Crews, Cocoa Brown, Amy Smart and more and tells the story of a group of struggling single mothers who are in search of creating a new life for themselves, all while balancing their single lives, their careers and of course motherhood. By the looks of the trailer, the film appears to be a great mix of real life drama, comedy and romance and is perfect for a mother/daughter date night!
When asked about the new movie, Nia Long (who plays the role of May, a struggling journalist with a teenaged son who is actually played by her real son, Masai) responded, “We’re all very different and it’s like oil and water. Black, white, Latina, rich, poor, roaches, Mercedes Benz, we’ve got a mixture of everything!”
