There’s a lot of talk going around about Dwyane Wade and his new “on break” baby that basically took the shine away from Gabrielle Union’s engagement spotlight. Just days after the NBA champion asked his fiancé for her hand in marriage, news broke about a new baby mama Aja Metoyer and a son named Xavier, whom she gave birth to on November 10.
While D. Wade admitted that he is indeed the father, he claimed that the child was conceived while he and Gabby were on a break. However, that doesnt look like the case, according to her Instagram account.
TMZ dug up posts from February 5th, exactly 9 months before the birth, and Gabrielle shared a photo of the Miami Heat star cuddled up with her dog Sasha.
“Sasha don’t play when it comes to her man… ‘Down to ride ’til the very end, it’s me and my boyfriend,’” she wrote.
And just a few days after that, she instagrammed a shot of Dwyane helping her learn her lines for BET’s “Being Mary Jane.”
“It takes a village to help an actress learn her lines… @dwyanewade takin a break from his Gatorade commercial to give me a line reading,” she captioned. “Thanks coach :)”
