Lala Anthony‘s feelings aren’t hurt if you say that you think she can’t act. She believes the opportunities she’s been given prove that she can hold her own on-screen.

The actress’ representative issued a statement to PEOPLE on Wednesday, revealing that she’s exploring her legal options and despite recent reconciliation, the pair have continued to live separately.

From the outside looking in, we probably believe that we know all the ins and outs as to why Carmelo and La La Anthony‘s marriage hit the skids back in 2017 due to reports of infidelity, but according to La La, things were rough even before then as she struggled not to be solely seen as his wife.
