Jennifer Hudson can’t get enough of her svelte new figure these days – but apparently not everyone is a fan.

The Oscar winner appeared on Friday’s “Tonight Show,” where she opened up about husband-to-be David Otunga‘s reaction to her 80-pound weight loss.

“He’s getting adjusted to it,” she said of her wrestler fiancé.  “He’s not really into change that much.”

The 29-year-old singer-actress transformed her body last year as a spokeswoman for Weight Watchers, dropping 10 sizes on the program.  Now a size six, Hudson has upped her style and traded jeans for gems – a move that hasn’t exactly thrilled Otunga.

“He fusses at me like, ‘Why do you have to get all dressed up to go out and why can’t you just go out like you used to,'” Hudson said.  “And I’m like, ‘I’m a walking billboard now honey!”

For Hudson, who has a 19-month-old son named David Jr. with Otunga, the trimdown has meant a new lease on life.

“I feel like I gained 10 years of my youth back.  I look 10 years younger,” she told USA Today in January.  “People say to me, ‘You have Jennifer Hudson’s face.  Are you her little sister?'”

Hudson won an Academy Award in 2007 for her supporting “Dreamgirls” role as plus-sized singer Effie White, and in 2009 she took home the Best R&B Album Grammy for her debut solo release.

Her second album, “I Remember Me,” was released last week.
