REPORT: Rod Wave Arrested on Multiple Charges in Fulton County

Rapper Rod Wave was arrested in Fulton County on Tuesday (May 20) on multiple charges.
According to a police report from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, the 26-year-old hitmaker, whose real name is Rodarius Marcell Green, was booked on 14 charges stemming from an incident on April 21, 2025. Those charges include Aggravated Assault, Pointing or Aiming Gun or Pistol at Another, Reckless Conduct, and Tampering with Evidence.

The details of this incident are unknown at this time. Rod Wave was released the same day through surety bonds.
The “Last Lap” artist has had a few run-ins with the law in recent years. Previously, Rod was arrested in 2022 on strangulation and battery charges, which were later dropped. In 2024, he was arrested for possession of a firearm, a charge that his attorneys told TMZ was incorrect.
