Photographer Claims Disturbing Experience with Diddy Inside Trailer

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new legal trouble as a photographer has come forward with allegations of sexual assault during a high-profile commercial shoot. The lawsuit, filed on March 26 in New York State Supreme Court, details a disturbing encounter in which the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims Combs lured him into a trailer under the pretense of discussing career opportunities before subjecting him to unwanted advances.

According to the lawsuit, the incident occurred in 2022 or 2023 while the photographer was working on set. Combs allegedly struck up a conversation and invited him to his private trailer. Once inside, the lawsuit states that the music mogul exposed himself and pressured the photographer into performing oral sex, promising to help advance his career. The plaintiff asserts that he complied out of fear that refusing could cost him his job and future prospects in the industry. However, when Combs allegedly deemed the act unsatisfactory, the lawsuit claims he became threatening and aggressive before ordering the photographer back to work.

The lawsuit adds to a growing list of allegations against Combs, who has faced multiple accusations of sexual misconduct spanning decades. His legal team responded to the latest claims with a strong denial, dismissing the allegations as baseless. In a statement to PEOPLE, his attorneys stated, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

This lawsuit comes as Combs remains incarcerated in Brooklyn following a federal indictment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, transportation to engage in prostitution, and forced labor. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges. With an increasing number of accusers coming forward, the legal battles surrounding the hip-hop mogul continue to unfold, marking one of the most dramatic falls from grace in the entertainment industry in recent years.
