Rocko is back in the headlines as his recent mugshot went viral following his recent arrest.
According to Fulton County Inmate Records, the “U.O.E.N.O.” rapper, real name Rodney Ramone Hill Jr., was arrested on December 9 on charges of disorderly conduct, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law enforcement officials, and criminal trespass. Records indicate that he was released on a $1000 bond.
