WASHINGTON — Hall of Fame NFL quarterback Brett Favre has Parkinson’s disease.
He made the admission Tuesday while testifying at a House Ways and Means Committee hearing. He has been accused of using political connections to redirect public money to the University of Southern Mississippi, his alma mater.
The Green Bay Packers great is one of over a dozen defendants in a civil suit looking to recoup the funds.
