According to RadarOnline the legal documents state that the singer had a lot of unprotected sex and never disclosed to his partner that he had herpes.
The documents also mention that his ex-wife Tameka Foster was “exposed to herpes.”
Raymond allegedly convinced his partner that he didn’t have the disease and continued to engage in unprotected sex.
The lawyer for the victim said, “Believing Raymond’s statements that it had been nothing and cleared up, [she] continued her relationship.”
He also claimed she developed lesions and blisters in her vagina and in the document he covered her medical bills which totaled over $2,500.
After talking with Usher about what happened to her she alleged he called to confirm he has the herpes virus.
We will keep you posted on what happens next, but for now Twitter is having a field day.
