In a clip for an upcoming show, Yandy Smith is seen telling her friend Kimbella that while she and Mendeecees have a rock-solid partnership that is rooted in love, they do not have a partnership that is recognized by the government. There has been speculation that this is because of Mendeecees’ current incarceration and the fact that a legal marriage would combine the couple’s assets, leaving Yandy responsible for the child support of Mendeecees’ kids and baby mama handouts.
So what does this shocking new information mean? Probably that once Mendeecees serves out his eight-year prison sentence, he and Yandy will sign the necessary paperwork to make things official..legally.
