Ice Cube Doesn’t Hold Back In Statement On The Passing Of Former N.W.A. Manager
Jerry Heller, Ruthless Records founder and former manager of N.W.A. passed away recently after a car accident caused by a “medical emergency” the he suffered as he was driving in California. With last year’s insanely popular release of N.W.A.’s biopic, “Straight Out Of Compton,” it became public knowledge that Ice Cube and Jerry’s business relationship was tumultuous. And when Jerry filed a lawsuit against the filmmakers for his depiction in the film, it became clear that ground was still pretty rocky between them.
Naturally, knowing all of that, people were itching to hear Ice Cube’s thoughts on the sudden passing of such a controversial figure in the life of N.W.A. While what he had to say isn’t too surprising, he certainly didn’t hold back in saying it.
