Bow Wow (and/or Shad Moss) confused and disappointed a lot of people when he responded to fan’s political discourse on twitter. When a user explained that his ancestors died for the right to vote, he denied the possibility of those ‘ancestors’ being at all attached to him, saying, “I’m mixed.”
Those two words alone sent the entirety of black twitter, as well as some celebrities, into a tailspin. What did he mean?
