Rickey Smiley discussed having a Town Hall Meeting about the recent tragedies that left Alton Sterling and Philando Castile dead. Smiley mentioned that he spoke to officers around Atlanta about community policing and good cops not calling out the bad cops. He also talked about the media and the negative stories surfacing about Black Lives Matter. Smiley also mentioned several other murders that happened over the weekend and said,”We are living in modern day slavery.”
