Oprah Winfrey has been transparent about her struggle with weight loss. We’ve all watched O go up and down physically, but it seems like the entertainment queen has finally found her balance. The media mogul put Weight Watchers on the map with her huge monetary investment into the program.
Now Oprah is rocking what she calls her “best body ever,” and she credits her longtime partner Stedman for encouraging her.
“He kept asking me what every point was, and I said, ‘Why don’t you just join?’” Oprah said on a call with Good Morning America.
The 62-year-old said staying on track is much easier when someone is counting points with you.
“I’m excited that other people are bringing in their friends and family members because it’s been my philosophy forever, that life is better when you share it.”
We totally agree with you Auntie O! Keep Slaying!
