When Heavy D passed away at the young age of 44, he was in the midst of writing the concept for a police thriller entitled “Crossed.” The drama was supposed to center around the struggle of a police officer who crosses moral and legal lines to try and arrest a drug kingpin. But due to the untimely passing of one of hip-hop’s most beloved rappers, the show was never finished.
