The second offer involved in the arrest that lead to the death of Freddie Gray in Baltimore last year has been acquitted. Though it’s not the greatest news for prosecutors, it is the second of six officers who will ultimately be scrutinized for their involvement.

The disappointed has caused finger-pointing and questions pertaining to Marilyn Mosby’s ability to undertake the case and serve due justice to the family of Freddie Gray, who suffered a broken neck before the police van even made it to the precinct. But still, the case so far is not indicative of what it may be overall.
