Beyoncé spent Mother’s Day in her hometown of Houston, Texas. Her and beau Jay-Z spent a cultured filled Sunday at the Menil Collection.

Jay-Z wore a patterned white and blue button down and black pants and Beyoncé was sure to bring the style.

Queen Bey appropriately donned a crown braid accented with flowers and a natural, slightly dewy, nude makeup with a lightly smokey eye. Beauties: this is a great daytime look if you desire to make your eyes more expressive or awake.

She wore a structured $450.00 traditional African print inspired dress with an architectured neckline designed by Italian-Haitian designer Stella Jean. I’m loving her African earrings.

Bey seemed to enjoy her time in her hometown, also heading to BB’s Cafe after her performance. Bey ordered fried shrimp and catfish – that’s our Texan girl! Her server asked if the table would like to start off with some Lemonade.
