Erykah Badu Disses Iggy Azalea At The Soul Train Awards

Iggy Azalea has been out of the spotlight for a while. But so has Erykah Badu, so she has to get these jokes in. She did just that as she hosted the Soul Train Awards.

Badu, who’s still promoting her cellphone-themed But You Caint Use My Phone mixtape, pretended to use a flip phone to receive a phone call from Azalea.

“Yeah, hey… no, no, no, you can come, ’cause what you doin’ is definitely not rap,” she joked.

In addition to her jazzy voice, Badu has been known for her sense of humor. It’s still pretty sharp.
