After allegedly dining and dashing at a restaurant in Milwaukee, Momma Dee was arrested. It all went down on Saturday, September 26th, and TMZ reports that the charge was “fraud on inn keeper – nonpayment.”

The crazy thing about this story, is that Momma Dee was celebrating her birthday with friends, but no one wanted to pick up the bill.
