Timbaland Ready To Unleash Unreleased Music From Aaliyah
Timbaland Said To Release New Music From Aaliyah
It’s hard to believe but it has been almost fourteen years since Aaliyah passed away. August 25th will mark the anniversary of one of the most beloved stars that a generation grew up with. At only 22 years-old when she died, the singer, dancer, and actress left a huge impression on her peers in the music industry, and of course on all her fans who continue to remember her through her music.

With songs like, “Try Again,” “We Need A Resolution,” and “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number,” her voice and sound and style still connects with many years after her death. But it seems that we didn’t in fact hear all we had to hear from Aaliyah. According to Complex, Timbaland has more unreleased music to come from the late singer. Yesterday, the rapper and record producer Instagrammed the pic below:
Included with the pic was the following caption:
“Attention!!!!! People ask me all the time do I have any babegirl music we haven’t heard !!!!!well the answer is YES!!!!!!!! TIMBO x BABEGIRL !!!!! Sneak peak coming !!!!!!”
Lots of exclamation marks so we can only assume that this will blow us away! So it’s a good a reason as any to do our happy dance. We’ll keep you posted.
