The ex-girlfriend of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” star Lil’ Scrappy claims he has a violent side. Diamond opened up about their relationship, and she said he lied to viewers about the real reason behind their breakup.
“He was mentally abusive, physically abusive,” the former Crime Mob star said during the radio interview. “We fought, like you ain’t beatin’ my a**. Yeah, he got some issues. Some demons, he needs some help.”
Scrapper led “L&HH” fans to believe Diamond abandoned him during a time when he needed her the most, but she said that’s not true. “He has bad spending problems,” she explained. “I think you, you know, people go through phases. I think we’re better off as friends. I don’t want to try to continue to be in a relationship and we end up not liking each other; hating each other. I just want people to know we’re not together.”
As far as the other two women in Scrappy’s life, Diamond said she’s had ups and downs with them as well. When it comes to his baby mama Erica, she said, “We got into it before but we never fought.” And for Mama Dee, she shared, “She doesnt even deserve form to give her any attention. I’ll probably walk past her like I don’t even know her.”
Diamond said, “I got his mother an apartment—that she trashed and messed up my credit at one point in time, terrorized. I co-signed for her a condo.”
The rapstress added that she’s glad she turned down reality TV. “They was using our names for ratings,” she said. “I had a meeting. I wanted to see what it was about, you know as a businesswoman. It wasn’t really going with the whole plan of my music career. I don’t think it was a good look for me. I wanted to focus on what I had going on in my life currently, they wanted to focus on what happened in the past.”
