Ludacris Flips The Script On Baby Mama & Asks HER For Child Support
Ludacris is turning the tables on his newest baby mother.
The rapper, who shares a 2-month-old daughter with Tamika Fuller, recently filed legal documents asking for full physical custody and child support. According to TMZ, Luda said he should be the baby’s legal guardian because he’s a ”fit and capable parent” and “an active father” to his other 12-year-old daughter.
This new custody request came after a judge ordered the 36-year-old star to pay $7K a month in child support. He claimed to be in the poor house due to the postponement of Fast & Furious 7, but the Atlanta court wasn’t buying it. As a result, the judge ordered he pay half of Tamika’s original request of $15k a month.
We don’t know if Luda really wants full custody or if this is just a way to get back at his new a baby mama. Either way, we’ll keep you posted as more details in the nasty child support battle arise.
