Apollo Nida Pleads For Judge To Postpone His Bank FraudHearing
Apollo Nida Bank Fraud/ID Theft Hearing Update
Apollo Nida is begging the judge for more time.
According to RadarOnline.com, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” husband filed a motion pleading with a federal judge to postpone his criminal hearing. On February 10, he asked for “an extension of time up to and including March 25, 2014.” He added that the delay “will allow the parties sufficient time to discuss a potential resolution of this case,” most likely a settlement.
As we reported earlier, the father of two was arrested for identity theft, conspiracy and bank fraud on January 23. The federal charges claim that “Nida created fake companies and ripped off individuals by opening up fake bank accounts using their real names. Nida was allegedly identified by Gayla St. Julien, who was first arrested last September for the alleged criminal activities.”
Apollo and his reality star wife Phaedra Parks insist that he’s not guilty.
